Terms and Conditions
- GROUP WEBSITES: You will not be able to list Last Chance Sale items on your Sherwood group website with the rest of your greenery.
- SALES TAX: Sales tax may apply to Last Chance Sale items, even if your account is tax exempt within Sherwood's system.
- PRICING: Prices are significantly lower than when the items were originally purchased. Taking inflation adjustments into consideration, some of these items are up to 50% off. We hope that these savings provide your group an opportunity to re-sell these items at a good profit.
- SHIPPING: Please note: Last Chance Sale items will be shipped seperately from your regular Sherwood greenery order. Starting August 18th, 2025, orders will be shipped from the state of Washington, every Tuesday, via Fedex Ground service. Sherwood may increase the frequency of shipping to more than once per week as orders dictate. **We do not ship these items to Alaska or Hawaii**
- QUANTITIES: Last Chance Sale items are sold in full case amounts only and cannot be sold individually. Please refer to our product images; those pictured as a set of 2 will be shipped in a case of 10 sets of 2 and those pictured individually will be shipped in a case of 10 individual reindeer. The candle holders will be shipped in a case of 10 sets of 2.
- PRODUCT SOURCE: These items are the same items that Sherwood customers have received and resold as part of the Profit With Evergreens program for the last 10 years. They are packaged and shipped in the same manner as you have received in the past. We have a little leftover inventory and are making an effort to reclaim warehouse space.
- RETURNS: Unfortunately, Sherwood cannot accept returns for any Last Chance Sale items .
